was a litle bored today so i updated dutch .po file
currently it is 100% complete. I didn't jet test it in game, so some txt might still be to long.
and i also didn't check every single string, only the not jet translated and the ones poedit marked as maybe wrong.
so there might be some errors left.

A big thank you for the translation done. i shall request Dutch users to review the work.

If it's not done within the next few days coming, I'll merge it onto the 0.5 branch.

after testing it in game i found a few issues, they are fixed now.
