I spent some time in creating this tool which should be useful to replace Kinetic's blue scale with Adarias pallettes currently used in game. At the moment the tool is pretty basic, bat saves a lot of time when adding a new hairstyle.

If there's interest in it I could think about making this tool more flexible, maybe by adding an xml config file with source and dest palettes.
