To enter the game you have to pay 1000Gp
Everytime you win you get 2000Gp.
If you lose you win nothing.

Was this any different in any games?

I think previous games of chance in TMW were more like:
To enter, pay 1000GP or grind for casino coins.
If you win, which is unlikely, you get 1005GP.
If you lose, grind more until you can play again.

I'm glad we have a game of chance that's not stupid to play. :)

Then the 1000 gp I got may have been the ties when I got my money back. Either way it works great and is fun to do besides grinding all the time.
