Sadly a quest needs at least a week of testing before being released into the game. Plus time to actually write the quest itself. Due to no time being available until valentines day for testing and writing I don't think there will be one this year unless the players host their own events.. But there is one planned for next year hopefully :)

I suggest you write a wiki subpage about your quest, so it is easier for you to retrieve information, make your concept more detailed, and refer to it later.
"The language of everyday life is clogged with sentiment, and the science of human nature has not advanced so far that we can describe individual sentiment in a clear way." Lancelot Hogben, Mathematics for the Million.
“There are two motives for reading a book; one, that you enjoy it; the other, that you can boast about it.” Bertrand Russell, Conquest of Happiness.
"If you optimize everything, you will always be unhappy." Donald Knuth.
