Proposal: make a new forum for "nursery" development

I propose creating a new forum called "Nursery Development", subtitle "everyone's ideas grow here".

This would be more "open" to anyone who is not very involved in development to work on their ideas. It would also be a place for experienced developers to put ideas to be worked on "in the future".

After that, we could *consider* making the other forums read-only, but with an easy way to enter, without any requirement on actually contributing - but probably involving an explicit acknowledgement of our licensing requirement (currently GPL, could accept CC-BY-SA also in the future).
However, making the other forums read-only is by no means a prerequisite for the creation of this new forum.

Isn't that what the development part of the forum is for?

It's not as if TMW have many experienced contributors... Cutting the development in an other part will just make the graphic and content development forums empty.

I don't see a point in this too, as this adds a barrier for those who want to contribute.
