I updated the Monster Reference via script. I added links back to the Monsters & Items.
The items should have a redirect page to the item reference at the very least http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Redirects.
A complete page for the monsters & Items would be more desirable.

I can give a bit of a hand with the wiki. I know many have put some good info on it, so if permitted I can make some suggestions or amendments. I can get started over the next week.
