Most everyone who already completed up to the shop license should be at the beginning of the extension for Kylian.
Extension starts at Kylian, goes to his new shop, then to a Daily Delivery quest that repeats. Additional steps and NPCs used added to wiki entry.

alexander1006 you have to log into the test server it is not on the live server. The test server is in the list of online servers in manaplus.
