Quest log for the Tutorial and Valon is working on the test server as we speak.
The current M+ works with it. If you completed the quest when you log in it should show you that. Plus it should show you where you are at with the quest as well. Use [ or the QE in the upper right corner of M+ to open quest log.
There is still much work to be done, but a nice demostration was in order.
