Ee, yes, any help is indeed appreciated. However, your stuff could use a bit of work. For instance, the hilts on the swords, the tip of the spears, and such forth and so on. Also, the shading is off, and could use a bit more depth. However, not a bad start indeed! With some time and practice, you could become a great pixel artist.
