is ist possible to create the game as iso view?

do i have change any type of code to do this or is it only recreating the maps?

You would have to recode large parts of the graphic engine and all existing tilesets, maps and sprites couldn't be used anymore. But the server shouldn't bother if the client visualizes the gameplay orthogonal or isometric.
