if yu want i can get a permanant CVS server running
anybody?

I thinked a little about it because also sourceforge offers a cvs system.
I don't have any practice with it but I know it can be useful (especially for me and natsuki). The problem is during the week I cannot access the server so I can't get latest versions. The next two weeks are the last of my school year then I'll be more present and we can talk about that.

A development of this size without CVS is gonna be hard, cvs is easy to use once u get the initial thing going

yea, i think that CVS could prove to be very useful for this project
