What should the light direction be? Is horizontal flipping enough? :)

I would still suggest you redraw it and get the perspective correct

Sorry for being dumb but what do you mean? I can't see any problems with the picture except the sword and the helmet (which I have hopefully fixed).

Generally we have a high tolerance for being off (just look at the player sets)
But we cannot allow something at eye level
