Well, as of Crush's request we need better resource plant graphics. Well, I decided while I was at revamping the herb bushes, I thought about adding a cotton plant.

Note: Herb plants will be up later.

It looks more like some kind of weird "woolplant". (Though the RL-version of this plant also looks like some kind of "woolplant"). Anyway from what I understand from this picture is that a cottonplant has several small "cottonflowers" instead of just one big cottonflower.

:? Failure of shading. Let's get this right, shall we?

In art classes, they make you practice drawing basic geometric shapes over and over again. Why? Because all other shapes that are sorta similar, are pretty much shaded the same way! If you know how to shade any "ball/sphere" shape, you know how to shade all of them, from the crown of a tree, to a head, to a round hill - anything remotely shaped like a ball.

Look at the following sphere at the bottom of this page, which is shaded from a similar lighting direction as the stuff in this game, and learn:

Each of those little cotton balls should be like that.

(Note: don't add more levels of shading - you did that right. It's all about WHERE you put the shading, not how smooth it is.)
