I think it might be good to add a new pull-down window (like Inventory, Skills, ...) with Quests - it could have separate panes for open (received, but not yet finished) quests, finished quests and quests which can be done repeatedly.
It would be useful to provide a short description for every quest - it sometimes happens to me that I receive quest and then forget what it was about or even where I did so. Yes, I know I can use paper or look at quest list on the wiki ...
