I've been working on a map to fill in the gap in the overworld north of Hurnscald.

The main entrance to the mines is where the bridge goes over the path.

That would work. Matching indoor tiles would also be nice.

Also it can be animated and have particle effects.

Depends how you decide to realize it. I'd just have a group of animated tiles for the basic spinning, unless there is a need for dynamical variation of spin.

that tight
