I doubt that a remote area designated for trading would really be accepted by the community.

I have seen this in a lot of games and it is always the same: People publish their trade offers not in the remote trade areas but in high traffic areas where they get the most attention. When you want to buy or trade something you rather go to the respawn area and not to the desolated trade area.

The trade area can be put in Tulimshar.

There still won't be anyone in there when you place it inside of a building.

The only place where a trade area would be used would be outside on the road between respawn area and town exit.

Under TMWServ, we could use such places to provide access to the built-in auction system.

who said there could only be one place each or selected towns can have it.

and there can be like a auction npc as i said ill add more detail to the post

I was thinking along the lines of Crush, but forgot that many players have secondary characters.
A place like this could become an in-game chatroom for the players using their secondary characters, combined with a place for trade (until the auction house is implemented), and possibly newbie advice.

I'd rather have newbie advice in a more appropriate location. Information on trading, though, should be here.
