[RC] Cave south exits

Cutting an end to the voting, let's ship version K (by Freeyorp). I think it's got the best of both options E and J.

.xcf files are attached in that topic, for people who want to create a new version.

That's option G :)
I like it, but it's problematic for entrances that are 2 tiles wide:

Looking closer at the images with shadows, it seems the shadows become uneven when used for 2 tile wide exits or more - I've created 3 _x2 in-between-er-ish tiles for g) which should (hopefully) fix that :)

Fixed the wide tiles so that the top also flows smoother :)

B was me not fully understanding Crush. . :roll:

Apart from And B, I think most of the options look very good, but I voted E because of the nice shadow on the ground.
