[REQ] Mapper: Expand Hurnscald Pub

The inside of Hurnscald pub does not match the outside, and I want to take advantage of the extra space.

To emphasize the 'small town' aspect of Hurnscald (despite the booming business), the extra area will be the 'town hall'. Where once the council simply met and held meetings in the pub itself, they were forced to 'add on' to the pub for their own hall (again because of how many people are passing through the town since it is located on the central corridor from the mountains).

Below is a blueprint, but you mappers are better at this than I am, so organize it however you like. It needs a committee table and a counter for 'city employee' NPCs.

Hurnscald already has a town hall: The big building next to the dyer/banker/storage house.

When I mapped the inn I pictured the missing area as the private living area of the innkeeper and his family.

I was hoping for that to be a major guild house or something bigger than the village itself. It would be an interesting/isolated place for the guild/faction/whatever (once Hurns is a little less populated)

Also I was trying to preserve the idea that Hurnscald is the woodland village where public meetings were held down at the bar, not City of Hurnscald. Small village doesn't need a huge city hall.

Airlia doesn't have a counter to stand behind in Hurns University, she is just floating.
