Usernameforgotten - HELP

Help me please! I was at level 19. My fiance wanted to play so she installed the game on her laptop and it wouldnt allow her to make a character, so i made an account for her by clicking register, made her char and everything. i then went to log into MY account only to be told it was an 'Unregistered ID' This happens everytime I log in. I try making a new account, to my dismay, to betold my character already exists. PLEASE! help!!! Imat my wits end!! I think i forgot my username - how do i recover it?
