Hello,
I was trying to recover my account, and when I get back, she says she's banned.
so I found this post "viewtopic.php?f=3&t=19764".
that says he could not recover the account because he forgot the email, but now I have been able to recover my password and the account is banned.

Could someone please take the ban out for me?

Checking the GM logs I can see DontStop was blocked in 2016 by Ginaria without a reason recorded anywhere and unblocked by Prsm yesterday. Just a reminder for GMs to always leave a record of why they issue a ban so that future GMs can more easily determine what to do in these cases. I guess this is solved now.

The way i read the logs was that Ginaria blocked Dontstop because she believed the
account was hacked.

DontStop had asked for a password reset, but found the account blocked.

Since the password was reset there was no other fear of the hack, so I unblocked
the account.
