What the changes in the version 0.0.18?

I installed in on WinXP and when trying to run , got a message saying zlib1.dll was missing and that maybe reinstalling would solve the problem.
Reinstalled 4 times , and still same message. So i downloaded the .dll and unzipped it into /windows/system32, reboot, all working fine.
