Giant cave maggot not giving me iten

In the Tulimshar quests, when Sema tells me to kill the giant cave maggot, I do it, but no iten is dropped. I've tried about 5 times (with Sema killing me each time, lol), still no iten. I can't use #zukminbirf to get an iten because my magic is too high.

I'm using the mana source nightly build 0.1.0.20101119, Windows 7 64 bit

Tried more than 12 times now; still no iten...

The giant cave maggot continues to not drop the 'iten' item. Returning to Sema results in death (a stone falls on your head).

It should drop at 10%.
