Manasource PPA
I wasn't too sure on this, i was thinking of building packages out of git and putting them up in a ppa (mostly for ubuntu and other debian based distros). is there any reason i cannot do this? The only ppa i've found was for karmic (mana 0.0.28.1). Thanks for the response
Re: Manasource PPA
Hi Evolution,
Any effort made on packaging tmw is welcome!
Currently, efforts are asked for the 0.5 version:
http://www.gitorious.org/mana/mana/commits/0.5
The idea is to create a mana or similarly named package, and create a second branding package for tmw
(keeping the 0.5.0 version) depending on the mana package. Here is the source of the branding files:
http://www.gitorious.org/tmw/tmw
Also, maybe you'll be willing to ask for help or advice to the former debian maintainer if he's still interested.
I'll also help as much as time permits it to.
Best regards.
