Incorrect password

Hi, I'm having problems trying to log in, I got the error, "Contraseña incorrecta", Incorrect password. Is there a way to reset the account?, by account I mean the password, I'd like to keep my character.

Send eathena at platinum dot edu dot pl an email with the details on your username and desired new password from the email address associated with the account in question.

alternatively, you can attempt to bruteforce the password
