Forgot my password

I think it's a year ago since I last played this game, and now I've forgotten my password.. (and maybe my acc.name). How can I retrieve my password/reset password, and/or who can i speak to?
I
think I know my username. Not even sure with my e-mail.

Accounts are purged after 6 months, so you probably won't have any luck - just create a new account.
Though, we can't be sure without Jaxad or Freeyorp.

Why does everyone say that? We only purge when we need to. We haven't purged in a long time.

A lot of accounts that were said to be purged were still in database so do not worry, just ask Jaxad0127, he helped me get back my account once.
