Testing Server???

I tried testing.themanaworld.org and testing.manasource.org with 9601 port,
Please help me, it won't work.

Port 9601 is a manaserv port. When you want to connect to a manaserv server, make sure you have manaserv selected as the server type.

With that said however, I believe neither the dev.themanaworld.org nor the testing.themanaworld manaserv services have been running for a long time.
