Hi eiseras and georgemhtr, thanks for that reports. :)

I just searched for more occurences of single lower case i and found some more places where this needs a fix: https://github.com/themanaworld/tmwa-se ... 5d4e4ed775

Also fixed the issue of the spelling of Miner's Hat. https://github.com/themanaworld/tmwa-se ... 6171869113 and https://github.com/themanaworld/tmwa-cl ... 01a3be8531
The gloves are called Miner Gloves, so there isn't a problem with that name.

There is a typo in the hover of the "embarrassed" icon, here in the forum. Namely, this one - - . It is missing an "r". I don't think it is spelt like this in either American English, or UK English, but I could be wrong.

Also, in the GM voting rules, rule two states this: "2. You will show you cannot handle this, then this forum will be deleted."
The grammar is incorrect. A suggestion is "If you show that you cannot handle this, . . ."

Both should be fixed now, thanks.
I'm not sure if the smilies fix applies retroactively.

Testing:

There is another typo with the soul menhir at Tulimshar.

It says after touching it, "You touch the mysteriouse stone." The "e" in mysteriouse is incorrect.

Anwar has a typo, after he asks for assistance, he then says, " . . . I heard the magicians . . . are reasearching . . ."

This should be "researching", and the next word "about" isn't necessary, grammatically speaking, as it is the subject of what they are researching already, without the word "about".

I accidently find out that in 013-1/sagatha.txt, line 195, is the following statements:

Code: Select all

mes "\"For now, yes.  But you will have to prove that you really care about more than yourself.\"";
So Sagatha need you to prove you care about what? Nature or wild life or whatever?

If this typo is in the fourm, a forum admin can log in to the admin interface to "censor" the typo to the correction. phpBB does allow for censoring rules :alt-6:

The typo was in the hover text of the smiley. There are existing autocorrect rules, but that system will not be of use here.

Talking to Valia on the test server reveals a typo:
Valia wrote:Of course, it would be a straight way to death if you go alone.
You will need three experienced comrades that you trust enough to leave your life in their's care.
Change "their's" to "their".

IMO that would still read a bit strange. My suggestion:
You will need three experienced comrades that you would trust with your life.

thanks Itchy Demon, I talked this over with quinny and he suggested just removing the 's.

Here's the commit:
