Santa's Quest

I logged on the today after 3 months and i've decided to finish the santa's quest (needing only more 4 green box to finish since 3 months ago) but when i talked to santa he only sad "All chindren gor their christmas presents. Thanks for your help." And I still have my presents, i didn't receive any prize and im sure i didn't the quest... if anyone knows what is going on please help me.

Christmas is over... Santa only comes once a year

But another player was with me and when he talked to santa he asked for his help and gave him 3 options to choose... like when i could do the quest =//
