SQL is not supported for tmwAthena. And from my understanding, upstream eAthena only supports mySQL? I'm not 100% sure on that.

I have mySQL in my computer. HOw I create a database for eAthena with mySQL ?

Go ask people from the eAthena project, not us. tmwAthena does not support SQL of any sort.
