I did some looking into this, seems jack12 also goes by the name of Gcjgj, so I checked on both,

neither of those names got wiped in a purge, and ftr, we don't go purges anymore.

also neither of those names were permanently banned.

All that's left is he got hacked or can't remember his password. So jack12, your only hope
is to pm an admin and ask for a password reset, and I am not even sure they do that anymore.
