Need Help Pulling Up Mana World

When I pull up Mana World it makes a noise and it's like Duh Dun and the page will start to come up then it goes back down any suggestions? 
yes, i got a suggestion. write in the Bugs/Support forum when you have technical difficulties. and when you do so then give us some more background info. you haven't even said what operating system you are using.
by the way, it would help when dou post the contends of the tmw.log file in your tmw directory after you experienced a crash.
