Can I change my character appearance?

Just small things - hairstyle, etc.
I play another MMORPG (just stating for comparison and ideas) and they have a dressing room in it for editing your char appearance. Can I do this here?

If you go to the town 'tulimshar' (which is the desert town) you can speak to the barber and you can change your hair there, there is also a npc in one of the back alleys in tulimshar called ernie he can change your gender for a small price if you want.

he might be talking about the mirror in the magic hut, but that doesnt allow you to pick your own hairstyle it makes your hairstyle random along with color. Its best to go to the barber you have a wider selection and you can customize it yourself.
