I've got a problem
when i hit create [character] nothing happens :/
I'am using a bit modified Jolicloud, version of the launcher is the newest (installed about 30 minutes ago). I think that name isnt taken (X_[PL]g4m3droid_X) ;D

Saying you have the "latest" is useless - often repositories are outdated. What is the exact version of mana you got.

There are restrictions on what kind of characters can appear in a name. But I thought it always gave an error message, at least in newer clients.

That version is ancient. The current version of the Mana client is 0.6.1.

When your operating system doesn't provide a recent version in its repository, you will have to get the sourcecode and compile it yourself.
