Desert cave quest

I'm doing the desert cave quest, i finished turning the keys and collected the reward. Now i'm supposed to talk to someone named Sema inside the cave, I don't see anyone or anything new after completing the last quest. I'm running the portable version on windows 7 professional

Sema is the person near the entrance of that "secret" cave, talk with her. It seems like you have finished all the quests in the desert area (Tulimshar), congrats!
Now, head north to the ferry master, you should catch the ferry to "Hurnscald", a very interesting place

Well if I am complete with the desert quests I am supposed to do the bandit quest, problem is it won't start, therefore I must still be missing something. Where is the "secret cave" so i can complete that part of the quest and make sure i'm done with tulimshar chain

Never mind, the bug is fixed and i can go through the entrance now
