Requesting a Character Rename

Is it possible that a developer or someone could do a character rename for me? I am aware that i could just make a new character, but it wouldn't have the quirks of my older char like access to easter island etc. and this would also become my new main character, and I'd really prefer if i could keep all those little quirks,even if it meant starting from lv 1 again. Are there any procedures that can make this possible in any way?

I'm sorry, but there's no tool or GM command to rename a character.
