Chatting and Whispering in ManaPlus Client

Hi Devs, GM, other players,

I have noticed 2 things to do with chat/whispering in the ManaPlus client....

1. If "allow whispers" is not ticked in the relations tab of the setup menu then you will NOT receive whispers, HOWEVER other players can still whisper to you and it will appear that you are ignoring the other person.

2. The chat box does not have to be up all the time, it can be set to disappear OR you may not have the chat tab up but rather another tab. So again you may appear to be ignoring other players when in fact you didn't realise they have spoken to you.

Maybe this could be added in the "Did you know?" window box on ManaPlus?
