Cannot log in - Says I am already though I'm not

I'm not really sure what to do about this bug. I logged out after playing once, and now that I'm trying to log in again so I can keep playing, it is telling me I've already logged in. Did I log out incorrectly, or is that even possible? I think I chose quit from the menu or something, but I am far from certain. Is there a way to get it to let me log in, perhaps force my prior logon to exit? I haven't been able to play for a few days now.

Try deleting the _M or _F after your login name(if there is one). That's what did it for me.
