BUG? Heathin's Simple/Gem Rings + Terranite Quests

Hi! I think that I have found a bug...

I did the simple ring quest (i had no money at the moment and did not create the gem ring)

I started the Terranite armor quest.

I created the Head and the Leg terranite armors.

I had no interest in the Chest Armor, so i got the money for the Gem Ring.

I received no option to create the Gem Ring talking with Heathin (even with the simple ring + gem + 1,000,000 in the inv) (it was stucked in the terranite armor quest).

So i finished the Terranite armor quest... and the terranite arrow Quest...

But i still have no option to create the Gem Ring... just option to create more arrows...

What is going on? Do i need something more than: simple ring + gem + 1,000,000?

Heathin doesn't put gemstones in rings, but Inya, the NPC you can find a little more to the right in the same building.

I would like to suggest that someone change the text in the wiki... it seem that the Heathin is the npc that creates the gem ring!!

What To Do:

Go to Tulimshar in the beginning of the game. Head north until you see Inac. Enter the house and talk to Heathin next to Jhedia.
He needs 50 Coals and 100,000 GP to make a Simple Ring.
After giving him your Coals and money, you will receive the Simple Ring.
You now have the possibility of making Gemstone Rings! Unfortunatly this takes time and money. You need to gather 1,000,000 GP along with the gemstone you want to be able to make a powerful ring. See the rings page to check the corresponding stat associated to gemstones.
You can then take off a gemstone from a ring (a real loss of money) for 500,000 GP.

Reward:

1 Simple Ring
1 Gemstone Ring (if gem crafted in)

Total Cost:

50 Coals
100,000 GP
1,000,000 GP (for adding of gem)
1 Gemstone (for crafting ring)

It's a wiki. The purpose of a wiki is that everyone can fix it themself instead of complaining.

Don't you think it's a bit hypocritical that you expect others to fix problems in the wiki, but you yourself are too lazy to even register?
