+5 M.Attack with circlet doesnt count

Hi,

i latley discovered that the +5 M.Attack only counts +2 when putting on the circlet. I am focused at speed skill with lvl 7 and got astral soul skil lvl 7.

Your maximum m.attack is limited because you aren't focused on astral soul skill, so you can't see the full effect of your m.attack bonuses.
