Bug at setting long password?

i wanted change my password into a word with length with 24, but i get message
"Error
The new password needs to be less than 25 characters long."

I can't speak for the client-side issues, but TMWA has always cut off the last character if you send a password of length 24 (the limit is 23, plus the NUL byte).
