Error sign on my body

Hello players,

I do have a problem with my character: There are 2 error signs on my body, and I have no more ideas how to fix this problem.
I have the newest manaplus and updates and also tried to fix it with reequip.
Maybe you guys know more about how to fix it?

If you were made bald from the Mirror in the Wizards house that's a bug. Changing your hairstyle again fixes that.

What items do you have equipped and what gender are you.
