Characters won't attack monstars

I am trying to figure out what is going on with my chgaracters... For some reason, they won't attack monsters. I can target them, but for some reason my characters won't attack them... I have tried everything I can think of to fix this myself, but I am not sure what is going on. I have equipped, unequipped, and reequipped all the weapons I have, reset the hotkeys, reinstalled the game, and checked to see if I have attack mobs selected in the F11 tab, but none of that worked. I am not sure how many others (if any others at all) have this same problem, but if someone has and was able to fix it, could you let me know how to do that? Thanks

What keys you using for attack mobs?

If you have new configuration now this left ctrl, x have old action from left ctrl.
You can reassign keys in settings.

If you're using a server with GM privileges, this can happen if you have @hide on.
