Error gfx after updating manaplus and new server updates

I guess the best way is to just show you, but updated Manaplus a moment ago and have the latest sever updates. Everything is fine except for the already known sex and hair change issue and this one place in the Caretaker's Inn. His wife is obviously the focal point.

Found unreachable walkable area with mob at 047-1 (103, 175), also (95, 172) and (96, 172) are blocked off.

In the new area of snake pit I noticed the following:
(Both sides of the passage are affected)
(three corner tiles missing, minimap corrupted)
(the small Lake on the east side cannot be reached).
Edit: Aditionally I found some skulls which should have collision:

I found some blank tiles in Hurnscald and GY Town...one of the blank tiles interact with the North Ferry.
This only started showing up after the 1.6.7.2 client update.
IDK if this is map related...but it seems Mappy to me.
