garbage text in responce to trade offer

Manaplus and version: 1.4.10.11 and 1.5.11.21 (both)

Bug Description
it started yesterday, i believe. hurnscald town traders often answer with unworkable text.

Steps to Reproduce
go to hurnscald town, choose player or bot who has a $ above their head pressing q, then press t to trade, in popped up dialog choose trade. receive knock-knock, garbage text from that player.

Actual Behavior
Often garbage text - not always. Does not depend on client version 1.4.10.11 or 1.5.11.21.

Expected Behavior
trade, open a menu of offered items

Look like you enabled to shop this messages in settings.

For disable it, open settings, chat tab, and select "hide shop messages"
press apply

it was always checked.
workaround: delete settings directory $HOME/.config/mana .
i am very sorry that i didn't save old settings to show it here.
i guess it can be mangled by switching client version 1.4 - 1.5 back and forth or maybe for some other reason.
