Particles is particle effects. It show how many particles attached to player

Well whatever it is its all kinds of glitchy, 1. Healing particles not shown (when particle effects is on or off). 2. Con. and iron potions particle effect is active even after the effect wears off. 3. With Particle effects turned off i still see con and iron potion's effects.

Shouldn't Setup -> Players have an option for "Show particle count" to display or not display that info, like it does with "Show statuses"?
