I can't log into my account, my nickname is elBajigur in the game. How can I recover my username to log in? I also do not remember the email. Need your (Administrator) help.

My character name is elBajigur, I tried to create a new char but it said that the name is already taken. Hehe. But, how can I log into my account? Hehe... I do really need your help.
