[NOT A BUG] Unable to Access Snow Town

When I get to where the road changes from Black to Brown it blocks me, like some of the other blocked off areas.

I am using Windows Client. Worked fine for me yesterday. My Char is lvl 53

Is this a bug?

Never mind, closed client and restarted. Works fine now.

It was a portal right? (change of maps) Probably was caused by slow server connection, happens sometimes.
