I'm running Fedora Core 6 and installed TMW from yum. When I first started it it ran through a bunch of updates which took about 2 minutes to complete. After it was finished I clicked "Register" because I'm a new user. After changing the server to "server.themanaworld.org" like is mentioned on the note on the website and entering my desired username and password, I get "Got disconnected from the server!" when I click OK. However I have noticed that it doesn't keep the setting if I change the server, it just defaults back to the old anime something or other. Could it be trying to use that server even though I'm changing it? If so where's the config file for me to change it? Help please?

Problem solved, I just went to $HOME/.tmw and edited the config.xml file and the game works now.

Which version of TMW were you using? If it is older than 0.0.22, did you also remember to update your updatehost setting?

i have the same problem on PcLinuxOs .... dont know what to do tho
