I'm not sure if this is intentionally or not, but why can't I sit?

It says I don't have an high enough lvl to sit. What is up with that?

EDIT: Opp on further 'investigation' this also happens with trading and even using smilies! Definitely an bug

you need to get a higher job lvl by clicking on skills click on basic and click up.
