problem with the connection

problem with the connection of the character named ''giorgos''
Dear, Elven I am a player named ''giorgos'' i have been playing this game for 1 month. 2 Days back a problem has appeared on my character.
The problem is: When i try to connect to program like ''giorgos'' the game opens for 2 seconds and then closes automatically. I have reached
lvl 50 and please help me to play and continue playing for some time.
